Info graphics and posters are prepared and published in all personnel areas in order to remind regular and appropriate hand washing hygiene and disinfection. • Continuous Training: In addition to training of floor cleaning and hygiene protocols, all our staff, including our business managers, were given COVID-19 awareness training. • Real Time Information: As Delphin Hotels; News portals are monitored 24/7 to coordinate with local and regional authorities, and internal departments are not immediately approved to take necessary action.
Disinfection units in our public toilets in our hotels are increased and disinfection units are placed in the restaurant entrance in addition to the cologne offers. In our hotels, natural procedures are applied for cleaning the rooms and general areas. In addition to regular ventilation of guest and staff areas and standard cleaning practice, regular disinfection procedures are increased. In general areas, surface cleaning is carried out with machines using chlorine-based chemicals in our hotels. The highest efficiency chemicals are used in the cleaning and disinfection procedures in our hotels. Our general areas and rooms are disinfected daily with our Ultra Low Volume (ULV) devices and efficient disinfectants.
• Staff Areas: In areas where staff work “behind the scenes”, all staff areas such as common entrances, locker room, laundry rooms and staff offices are cleaned and disinfected daily. Used computers and equipment are also disinfected regularly • Mini Club-Spa-Turkish Bath / Fitness / Shopping Center: In our hotels, the frequency of cleaning baths, massage rooms, changing rooms, general shower areas and sinks, fitness area and shopping malls used by our guests are increased. All the toys used by our children and all areas touched by the hands are carefully disinfected in the Mini Club. • Other Precautions: Room keys are previously disinfected and each used individually. - The soaps used in our hotels today are replaced with those with high disinfection properties. - With the disinfection application, the frequency of cleaning increases with our ULV devices in our personnel services and residences. - The capacity of our restaurants is reduced, so the close contact of our guests is minimized. Regarding the existence of COVID-19 incident in one of our hotels, the relevant health organization will not be approved immediately and cooperation activities will be carried out with the collaborators. During the accommodation of the sick guests, an additional cleaning and disinfection protocol, as well as the cleaning and disinfection of the patient's room are applied.
