The new Siganture Suites at El Palace are themed around one of the six classic arts, including music, architecture, painting and literature; the most luxurious suites in El Palace pay tribute to the hotel’s most renowned guests. With an elegant decor and a large space of 150 m2, the suites have one or two bedrooms with Roman baths and a large living room of 50 m2. Adorned with an array of classic styles from the 1920s, the master bedrooms all feature a large walk-in closet. All these suites are completely new and have been decorated with furniture from distinguished European localities.

The different restaurants within El Palace all fuse the delicacies of local gastronomy with flavours from around the globe and signature dishes.

The 19/Nineteen Restaurant, designed like a quintessential Parisian brasserie, the 19/Nineteen restaurant is found right at the heart of the El Palace. It has a menu of light bites, ideal for when you want to eat well but quickly, and at the same time offers more substantial dishes specially designed by our chef, Marc Mallasén.

The Bluesman Cocktail bar, a British tradition has come to El Palace.
